CSA Guidelines and FAQ's

We will be running things a little different this coming season.  Standard and family boxes will still be available, but as part of a regular list of options in our online store.  This list will also have a wide variety of other products so customers can add on or build their own boxes every order.  We will again be offering a range of pickup and delivery options throughout the Similkameen and South Okanagan areas.  Full pre-season payment for standard or family boxes will offer the most economical form of payment. However, we are not requiring any pre-season commitment. Instead, for convenience, advance payments will be an option.  Finally, to accommodate those who need it or prefer it, we are also offering a pay as you go option. We feel it is most important that we reach as many people as possible with regular notifications (and the availability list) so please encourage your neighbour (and others!) to sign up and receive emails. We recognize that people are exposed to a multitude of food shopping options, but hope that our 'direct to you from a local farm' model will be recognized. Look forward to providing you with fresh food products from our farm.

What if I go on vacation and can’t pick up my vegetables that week?

If you are going to be away on one of our delivery days provide us with at least 2 days notice and we can arrange a date for you to pick up from the farm. Or you can double up your boxes on another week, or gift your share to a friend/neighbour and have them pick up on your behalf. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks. Contact us to work something out.

What if I don’t/can’t eat a certain vegetable?

We know not everyone loves every vegetable, its a reality. If this is the case, just let us know and we will happily replace.

Where do you deliver?

We are currently delivering throughout the Similkameen (Princeton, Hedley, Keremeos) and the South-Okanagan (Osoyoos, Oliver, Penticton, Summerland). There is potential for expanding our delivery area. During the peak of the season we will also be serving the Central-Okanagan and Vancouver.

How do I get my produce?

Your order can always be picked up at the farm during our regular farm store hours.

We also have a regular delivery schedule in our region, including the South-Okanagan and Similkameen valley.

How much is the home delivery fee?

Delivery is included for all seasonal CSA box customers, and all other orders over $40. Anything below $40 will have a $5 delivery fee added.
